As a Ground Handling Policy Specialist at Civil Aviation Authority, I am responsible for developing and implementing policies and standards for the safe and efficient operation of ground handling services at airports. I work with various stakeholders, including airlines, airports, ground handlers, regulators, and industry associations, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. I have over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on safety risk management. I have held senior management positions at Aviapartner and ORR - Office of Rail and Road, where I led and coordinated safety and occupational health initiatives, audits, investigations, and training programs. I have a strong background in aircraft, flights, and operations management, as well as a proven track record of delivering results and leading teams in large and diverse organizations.
