   With the closing of the Lafayette Assembly Center, I am excited to be back in Texas as part of Bell\'s new Innovation Team where I\'ll focus on New Technologies and Product Development. As new technologies come online and are introduced at Bell, I\'ll be part of the Build Team, ensuring smooth transition to maturation and installation on various developmental aircraft, interfacing with multiple groups including Design, Manufacturability, and Flight Test. It\'s an exciting time to be at Bell, and I\'m looking forward to what the coming months and years will bring.
