ABOUT MARK GREEN

A proactive and innovative Engineer, with over 20 years’ experience within a precision manufacturing environment working on high value engine parts. High level of MRPC experience implementing Load and Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and driving customer satisfaction through KPI adherence. A high level of competence utilising planning applications: SAP and MRP systems. Known for interpreting electronic data and reports and using a hand on approach to implement corrective actions to ensure the customer delivery schedule is adhered to. Flexible, methodical and supportive team member who is always willing to learn new skills to go above and beyond role requirements to meet business needs. Due to the closure of the Rolls Royce plant I am looking to secure a new role with new opportunities and challenges within a manufacturing environment.Key Skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – confident in dealing with management, colleagues, customers and suppliers internal and external at all levels.• Problem solving skills – key member of a Continuous Improvement Team implementing new working practices and procedures to improve cell performance. • Employs an organised and methodical approach to tasks including planning, prioritising, working to schedules and forecasts in order to deliver on time, every time, within a safe work environment.• Adaptable, having proved able to learn new processes quickly, and adapted to a wide range of tasks with a responsible approach.• Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of ERP manufacturing control systems, Logistic SAP, MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).• Has a strong working knowledge and understanding of SAP / ERP processes.• A focal point within the plant to co-ordinate Load and Capacity, Production and recovery planning activities, working in a team of three.
