As the Director of Lettings at Elevation Property Group, I bring almost four decades of expertise to the dynamic world of real estate, specialising in estate agency, the private rented sector (PRS), and the burgeoning build-to-rent (BTR) market. With a keen focus on excellence, my primary focus lies in the adept management of portfolios for small to medium-sized landlords, typically comprising 50 to 250 dwellings. I am committed to providing targeted marketing support for housing associations and delivering insightful consultancy services to BTR operators. At Elevation, our mission is to be the preferred choice for landlords in the Milton Keynes, Bedford and Cambridge region. To achieve this, I lead and empower my team to consistently provide an elevated level of customer service that is both mature and reliable.
