I’m an experienced Software Developer and Agile Practitioner, who has collaborated successfully to deliver valuable products using many different platforms, technologies and practices. I’ve worked primarily in financial markets, but also recently in the health care, commercial property taxation, advertising and retail domains. I have worked on most aspects of delivery, from translating user needs into appropriately designed and tested software, to deploying and operating the resulting solution. I have been a team member and also led teams.I like to learn new things; better ways of working, improving my technical skills, understanding new business areas. I enjoy working in smaller, cross-functional product teams that are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of their customer value. I find that teaching others is a great way to learn and have enjoyed in the past delivering internal training and coaching.
