Sr Director Master Data Management Program for Organizational Customer @Travelers

As Sr Director, I design, develop and deliver the prioritized road-map deliverable for Travelers Organizational Customer program. I cleanse and standardize customer data at point of entry to ensure Travelers is capturing and creating the best version of Customer possible supporting Operations and Business analytics. I develop appropriate Iteration deployment plans using Agile methods that balance the enterprise, and line-of-business requirements to consolidate data across Travelers providing a common view of a customer while also offering the flexibility to meet individual business unit needs. I develop and manage the day to day operations to govern Travelers customer data. I lead the data quality effort to ensure the accuracy of customer data across the Enterprise.
