Work with partner brokers, TPA\'s and employer groups to develop retiree medical and Medicare PDP programs that provide solid solutions for employers and their retirees. Benistar has worked with multiple benefit brokers and consultants across the country to carve retiree populations out of employer active plans. This allows the retirees to take advantage of the plans we can build around Medicare and utilize the Employer Group Waiver Plans (PDP) to provide a group solution. This also give HR relief since Benistar administers the retiree groups and allows for the active plan to not have to subsidize the retiree plan.
