About Mark Girardi

For 12 years, I have been providing strategic consulting support to diagnostic and medical device companies on a global basis. I work with clients ranging from venture funded start-ups to global, publicly traded companies. With the growing use of precision medicine, I have recently focused on supporting diagnostic and pharma companies successfully leverage the value of companion diagnostics. Similarly, digital health and the use of AI have experienced rapid growth over the last several years. I have recently explored the impact that consumerization within healthcare has had on the development of innovative technologies and market access strategies.Prior to entering consulting, I spent over 25 years in a variety of industry roles in marketing and sales with experience in both large and small (startup) companies in the molecular diagnostics, medical device, IVD and life sciences. Over that time, I was involved in product development and worldwide launch, value messaging/branding, opportunity assessment, portfolio/product road mapping, business development, and negotiation of international and domestic distribution/co-marketing agreements.This industry experience has allowed me to provide clients with balanced, pragmatic consulting support.
