I bring customer service and people skills from real estate, hospitality, and teaching English, combined with a strong curiousity for IT. In 2020, I completed the Cisco CCNA, which sparked my fascination for networks and systems. Since then, I’ve built hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, servers, and Active Directory, router and switch configuration and troubleshooting, and now focused on building a career in IT network technician/network administration where I can merge technical knowledge with people-focused problem solving.
