About Mark Gallier
I have 44 years of experience in the HVAC and energy industries. My HVAC experience includes helper, installer, service technician and owner of a successful HVAC contracting business. I have worked in the distribution side of the industry as an Inside Sales Person, Territory Manager, Branch Manager, Field Service Representative and Technical Trainer. I have worked for equipment manufacturers as a trainer where I had the privilege to provide training to more than 4500 installers, technicians, contractor/owners, distributor personnel and other industry professionals at locations all around the country. For the last 10 years I have been working in the utility industry. My first position as a Specialist I utilized my technical skills to teach and support the HVAC community and fellow Residential Marketing Team members and instructor supporting the company’s HVAC Training Center. I was then assigned a new role where I provided technical support to our Residential, Commercial and Industrial Marketing Teams. I am currently a Training Analyst (Senior) with the company’s HVAC Training Center. Licenses and certifications include- Licensed in the State of Alabama as a Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor- NATE Certified in Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, Air Distribution Service, Senior Efficiency Analyst and Geothermal Installer- ACCA Residential Certified Instructor- Universal Section 608 EPA Certification - Certified for Residential and Light Commercial Test and Balance by NCI- Registered Proctor for NATE, ACCA and EPA Section 608- IGSHPA Accredited Installer - IGSHPA Accredited Trainer - HERS Rater - Certified Residential Energy Auditor (REA)- Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.)- BPI Energy Auditor - BPI Quality Control Inspector - BPI Building Analyst Technician - BPI Building Analyst Professional - IREC Certified Instructor Specialties: Training Technical Support Consulting
