Sanitation, Alarms, and Landscaping-Oversee and manage contracts and service for 700+ retail stores in US and Canada with budget in excess of $2.5MPermit and Sign Department-Oversee and manage dispersed team responsible for all company signs, permitting, and repairs-Responsible for the permitting, installation, and operating licenses including liquor licenses.Capital Submissions-Instituted new process for the review, submission, and approval of all capital submissions. New process adds rigor and appropriate oversight into submissions Office Processes-Created and chair monthly review meetings with Construction Department for all new, relocation, and remodel store projects. Process provides required rigor to ensure coordination and communication among team for successful completion of projects.
