As Lighting Application Specialist (LiAS) Manager for the UK & I LiAS team I am privileged to head up a team of 15no lighting designers, who provide lighting and controls solutions for: Office, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Road & Street, Urban & Architectural, Sports and Tunnel applications. My role is to lead by example, grow the capability of my team and deliver high quality proposals to new & existing customers.

As a Lighting Designer, I fuse science, art, and technology to create multi-dimensional solutions. I work with end users, design consultants and installers to ensure our collaborative lighting designs are human-centred, functional & visually appealing, efficient & sustainable, and provide a positive impact on peoples physical and mental health and wellbeing.With 20 years’ experience in Lighting Design, I have amassed an impressive portfolio, showcasing my ability to produce lighting solutions for a variety of applications, and I now have the honour of heading up the Signify UK & I Lighting Application (LiAS) team. I have worked in the public and private sector and have a firsthand experience of the full life-cycle of lighting installations, including the Design, Installation, Maintenance and Renewal of lighting. This comprehensive understanding has therefore allowed me to also work as a project manager on a large and complex projects.I have a passion for results, and my aspiration for always providing the best solution has naturally led to me heading up the Product Marketing team for the UK & I market. Our team goal is to ensure we have the best product offering, with a portfolio of professional luminaires that are desirable, feasible and viable. Our role is continuous, and we have made a habit of leading innovation within the lighting industry.
