One day way back in the year I found myself responsible for leading a Private Banking business for a major UK Bank. In the 15 years that followed, I was fortunate enough to work with some incredible business leaders and strategic thinkers, all whilst experiencing some pretty radical personal growth and development. We took over another bank together and learned a lot, we worked through the Global Financial crisis together and learned a lot, we grew the business magnificently creating a great culture and having lots of fun.As far as I’m concerned, there truly is nothing like the power of people – something that has shaped my work since helping create ABSTRACT. I have a passion for collaborating, creating, and making things happen with others. I take pride in using the skills and knowledge I’ve developed to mobilise, motivate and support teams to unearth their best selves and achieve results.Myself and ABSTRACT share a common mission – to make the corporate world a fairer and better place.
