Mark has nearly a decade of experience of proven success in strategy and implementation in healthcare and supply chain. His has worked across a spectrum of non-profit acute providers, private equity, and other for-profit home health companies. His experience includes performance improvement, financial turnarounds, and mergers & acquisitions. He has successfully completed over 40 assessments and 15 implementations during this time. His projects’ primary focus has been streamlining operations to improve efficiency and additional expense reductional and working capital improvements. Success has been the product of his partnering with cross-functional client teams in implementing strategic supply and process management initiatives. Mark is skilled in the analysis of complex operational and financial datasets to identify and delivery results. He specializes in refining daily supply chain operations by optimizing people, process, and technology solutions to ensure organizations perform to their highest level. Prior to joining Huron, Mark worked for a leading strategy consulting firm where he focused on improving clients’ working capital. His projects spanned across multiple industries including healthcare, life sciences, media, specialty chemicals, and confectionery. The projects ranged from one-time cash increases to long-term op model redesigns. Mark worked in supply chain at an automotive OEM manufacturer in Warren, Ohio. During his time there, he supervised a warehouse of 30 employees and $25M of monthly revenue. Additionally, he supported manufacturing by planning production runs and overseeing global product distribution. He was responsible for the timely delivery of products to customers across the world to support all major automotive manufacturers. His foundation is an analytic background as he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree focused in Applied & Computational Mathematics & Statistics along with Economics double major from the University of Notre Dame.
