ABOUT MARK FITZPATRICK

I am a People Leader, a Change Manager, an Operations Leader, a Relationship Builder, a Problem Solver and do this all with great integrity, authenticity and passion. I have a LEAN background (practiced up to black belt) and apply LEAN thinking to my every day role. I believe in perseverance, smart working as well as proper graft, using the best of modern technology and data insights with innovative thought.I have over 25 years Operations Leadership and Service Delivery experience working in the UK, Ireland and Australia. I have strong interests in People, in Transformation, in an Organisations Strategy and a great understanding of processes and the way in which they are developed to fit organisational requirements. Change Management, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Regulatory change, Consumer Duty & Product Governance, Target Operating Model Design & Implementation, People Leadership, Digital Transformation, Vendor Management, and Product Management are areas that my career to date has leant heavily on. I hold Dual Citizenship in the UK and Australia. I hold a number of football qualifications through my grassroots and professional game coaching, including UEFA C football licence, Talent Identification and I coach a number of community teams as well at Liverpool Football Club on a casual contract basis.Since 2026 I have supported the Comedy Trust as Boardmember and Director.
