   YOUnite and its professional service partners help the client navigate towards a holistic data integration and data governance solution. Most IT ecosystem data integration plans grow organically and employ ad-hoc solutions which meet immediate needs but overtime turn data centers into the \"wild west\". With the 1) heightened need for governance (e.g. GDPR in the EU and similar laws in other GEOs starting soon) and 2) the massive amount of data in the average IT ecosystem (i.e. how to find the source of truth for a given data entity), IT organizations are being forced to rethink how to to approach data integration. Understanding how to approach the problem and to provide the tools so an organization can work towards- consistent data models for data integration - data cleaning strategies - a single service to subscribe to data events - a single dashboard for data governance - a single logging service for all data changes as they propagate through the system - relative versions of truth based on the requirements of a given department or division; more often than not there isn\'t a single version of truth (e.g. customer record) for the entire eco-system - dashboard required for data compliance audits
