I have worked in the property industry since 1998 after completing my A-Levels at school. 26 of these years have specifically been working within the Lettings Sector. I have worked for Connells Estate Agents since 2003 and started as a Senior Sales Negotiator for our Tunbridge Wells office. I progressed to the Lettings Manger of the branch, before re-locating to the Maidstone office at the end of 2006. Here I was promoted to a Lettings Partner in 2010 and went onto being promoted to a Lettings Area Manager for our Kent and Surrey/Sussex offices between 20••••18. I then went back into the Maidstone office due to having a young family at this time, so I had more time to be able spend with my family of an evening and at weekends. I was promoted to Lettings Board of Management Partner in January 2024 and have just been promoted again to Lettings Branch Director from March 2026 onwards.
