Mission has three primary services:1. Assist and coach early-stage medical start ups 2. Human centered product development services from user need evaluation through production.3. Healthcare-based product development for products to be used in low and middle income countries.Misson assists start ups in a range of areas including product platform development, sourcing strategy, funding approaches, strategic hires, partner identification, regulatory, and reimbursement. We are available to help out where the start up needs the most help. Mission\'s product development services include user needs assessment through manufacturing transfer focusing on medical devices for both developed countries and lower income markets utilizing a design thinking approach. We strive to work collaboratively with our clients and outside partners to develop the product that appropriate for both end users and the client organization. We believe that the fastest way to get to market is to build a firm foundation of understanding of all needs (end user, market, technical, and business) followed by generation of multiple solutions for those needs, testing as quickly as possible with appropriate prototypes, test them in the lab and with users and iterate as quickly as possible. In this way we arrive at the best solution before investing in a production design. With this solid foundation, we are able to proceed into production design with confidence. Our experience includes drug delivery, surgical products, diagnostic products, health services, and products for the developing world.
