Hello, I\'m Mark Ferreira, Operations Manager at Sterling Rhino Capital. We acquire Multifamily Apartment Communities by partnering with passive Investors. We look in Markets that demonstrate consistent Job growth, Population growth, & Rent growth. We implement a Value-Add strategy on the properties, through Operational Efficiencies (decreasing expenses & increasing income), light Renovations, added Amenities, and Re-branding. Once we close and the property is stabilized, we provide our Investor/Partners quarterly cash flow disbursements. We communicate extensively with our Investor/Partners throughout the entire process and we are always available. We typically hold the property for 5-7 years, then Sell to capture the Value and Equity gained in the hold period.
