Testing and monitoring of building performance. The VeriTherm test is a 12 hour overnight test that measures the actual thermal performance of a buildings fabric. This patented technology is quick, cost effective and results are the ACTUAL thermal performance. Currently all buildings are assumed to perform to its design. This has been proved not to be the case and most buildings actually have a negative performance gap of between 200 to 300%. Veritherm is being used to improve quality in new builds, reduce C02 emissions, help to guide retrofitting of existing buildings. It is also helping companies to accurately design and size heating systems (including heat pumps). Failing heating systems or oversized systems is an industry problem that has been hard to overcome. However, this new and unique technology has solved this issue. Our Veritherm monitoring system utilises sensors to establish usage and occupational patterns of (for instance) electricity, water, temperature, humidity, C02. All this information is continually logged and updated on our clients own bespoke dashboard.
