An SME (Subject Matter Expert) when it comes to the integration of robots in the above industries with many industry standards developed for packaging and palletizing solutions and processes.ROBOTIC APPLICATION ENGINEERING:Specialized expertise in primary picking, secondary packing and end-of-line palletizing for the CPG, pharmaceutical and agricultural markets. Performing on-site needs-analysis to develop robotic solutions for many primary, secondary and tertiary packaging needs. This analysis includes assessing all associated material handling, robotics, and OEM packaging equipment in the process. Developing a system start to finish, from conceptualizing, pricing, proposal development and final presentation to the client.PACKAGING ENGINEERING:Worked independently and as a Team member to assess a client’s packaging needs in the CPG, chemical, pharmaceutical, and agricultural markets. Development of flow plans to maximize floor space to meet throughput requirements. Determination of equipment required based on working conditions including wash-down, freezer, harsh/caustic environments, etc. Interfacing material handling with OEM packaging, unitizing and load stabilizing equipment.
