Very proud to be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. I am an extremely hard working, conscientious Adjuster who strives to ensure a pro-active solution is found to every claim.Having dealt with all types of commercial property claims for a number of years, I am able to make quick decisions to mitigate a loss and will always put the customer at the heart of every decision I make.Working with the McLarens Major Loss team has been a fantastic development for me and I have learned so much. In August 2019, I took the role of Executive Manager for the North, managing the adjusters and senior claims technicians between the border of Scotland to the Midlands.In April 23, I was promoted to Head of Commercial Property - North, working with the Executive Managers in the Midlands, North, Scotland and Ireland. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Property-South, Chris Pettet, we are looking to enhance what is already a market leading team and continue to grow as a company.I am also a past chair, now volunteer of the Manchester Insurance Institute Education & Development committee.Always looking to build relationships and assist when possible with claims, training and development.
