More than 25 years experience working with pension scheme trustee boards and sponsoring employers of all types and sizes. This gives me a balanced, pragmatic perspective to solving pension problems and moving schemes forward.My specialist areas of expertise are Defined Benefit pensions and de-risking strategies, but I also have a wealth of experience in the areas of governance, communication, Defined Contribution pensions, health and risk benefits.My previous leadership and advisory roles have led to an appreciation that strong, open and effective relationships, underpinned by a clear strategy and efficient delivery are the foundations of good outcomes for all parties.
