Robertson Award for demonstrated sustained excellence in providing new knowledge, instruction or public service to the people, organizations and institutions served by the University of Virginia.Nominated by my students. https://bit.ly/3WT06h0I am a member of the Faculty Advisory Committee of UVA\'s student-led Honor Committee that helps to define, promote, and safeguard UVA\'s Community of Trust culture. https://honor.virginia.edu/indexI teach Healthcare courses in the disciplines of management, leadership, law, ethics, policy, public health, global healthcare, finance and economics to undergraduate and graduate certificate students, and serve as a mentor to students completing their Capstone research projects. I developed and delivered the UVA LaunchPad course, Complex Problem Solving and Strategic Decision Making. UVA’s College of Arts & Sciences and the School of Continuing and Professional Studies created the program to give students a summer opportunity combining academics and practical work preparation.I serve as the Academic Advisor to approximately 50 students, and enjoy sustaining rich coaching and mentoring relationships to support the ongoing growth and development of many students and alumni beyond the classroom.
