I serve as Arcosa, Inc.’s Vice President and Corporate Secretary, lead M&A lawyer and additionally manage the company\'s other transactional and commercial needs. Since Arcosa’s spin-off in November 2018, I have led the closing of over $3.0 Billion in transactions. I serve as the Company’s liaison with our public Board of Directors and assist in managing our disclosures and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
