About Mark Elmore
I serve as Arcosa, Inc.’s Vice President and Corporate Secretary, lead M&A lawyer and additionally manage the company\'s other transactional and commercial needs. Since Arcosa’s spin-off in November 2018, I have led the closing of over $3.0 Billion in transactions. I serve as the Company’s liaison with our public Board of Directors and assist in managing our disclosures and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. My past experience includes being part of the Trinity Industries, Inc. in-house legal team, ownership of a solo, boutique law practice, and ten years with Haynes and Boone, LLP, focusing on commercial bankruptcy matters. Additionally, I participated in a secondment with a prominent Wall Street investment bank and volunteered as a prosecutor in the Houston City Attorney\'s Office.
