    Lead writer and coordinator for Navy doctrinal publication detailing a new organizational structure, concept of operations, and concept of employment for Naval Construction Forces (NCF). Construction Battalions (CBs or Seabees) will be deployed as units of action tailored to a specific command’s needs instead of as an entire battalion regardless of actual requirements. Coordinated all phases of document review and editing to ensure all interested parties in the NCF had the opportunity to make comments and suggestions during the designated review period. Also completed short-term assignment supporting the Joint Staff/J6 Coalition Interoperability Division (CID) in managing the five lines of effort (LOE) which are part of the Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) capability framework.
