During a 28 year initial career as a Contracts/Subcontract manager developed strengths in identifying potential subcontract teammates, negotiations of terms and conditions, price analysis and price negotiations, adaptation of U.S. Government prime contract Federal Acquisition Regulations into subcontract terms, and coordination of company and government requirements into subcontract requirements. This included assessments of subcontract risk, both of pricing and caused by terms and conditions, and mitigation of those risks through negotiation.
