I work with clients to define their overall ERP (and related digital technologies) architecture by considering the needs of the wider business strategy, the current pains points within the supply chain processes and the opportunities that new technology may bring.I engage the client to define what changes should be made to processes, policies, and organisation, not just technology change. I support the client to define the benefits and quantify them and the actions needed to realise the benefits, then define the costs of the project to finalise the business case.I help the client\'s management team consider how staff may react to the changes so that specific change actions, education, training and communications plans are prepared.I will structure and manage the project or programme of projects on behalf of the client, setting it up for success before design and implementation commences.
