A procurement professional with over 20 years relevant experience from procurement roles held, including the Financial Conduct Authority, the Department of Health, Defra, the DfT, Highways Agency, Public Health England, the Olympics Delivery Authority, and TfL. Key Specialisms include: End-to-end procurement delivery namely strategic sourcing, strategy, and planning, business case, contracts and commercial development for works, services and products within complex and dynamic programmes. Also business case, contract and commercial implementation. Category specialisms include ICT, Construction, FM and Professional Services. Experienced in application of procurement policy and governance within in the delivery of key projects.Currently acting as the Contracts and Procurement sourcing lead, supporting Network Rail Training in providing support in the delivery of a variety of projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities include- Delivery of a Dynamic Purchasing System for Network Rail Training- Management of sub-team members to ensure effective sourcing delivery including OJEU, sub-OJEU and ad-hoc tender activities- Providing support in the development and implementation of Training related initiatives, identifying cost savings and value added initiatives- Providing advice and guidance to key stakeholders on sourcing options and strategies in the delivery of Training workbank projects- Ensuring Value for Money is achieved from sourcing activities, whilst ensuring compliance with best practice and 2016 Utilities Contract Regulations- Increasing commercial awareness and understanding of sourcing- Contributing to the Contracts and Procurement \'Customer Centricity\' initiative to improve sourcing services and relationships with stakeholders and end users.
