Over 40 years of progressive environmental engineering, consulting, and management experience focused principally on projects for industrial clients throughout the Midwest and south-central United States. Management of numerous remediation, site characterization, and emergency response/ immediate removal projects involving petroleum, hazardous, and/or toxic substances/constituents at sites regulated under CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and/or analogous state programs. In addition to remedial investigation and corrective action, assist clients with compliance, permitting, and reporting for RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA and state program analogues. Have worked in and gained process related knowledge from numerous industrial settings at private and governmental facilities, including metal finishing/surface coating operations, petroleum and petrochemical refinery/production operations, primary metals facilities, foundry operations, automotive manufacturing facilities, chemical production facilities, electronics, etc. Experienced technical, financial, and administrative manager for all aspects of environmental investigation/remediation programs and projects.
