Primary lead for all EMEA trade execution matters. Managing internal relationships with key stakeholders including trading desk heads,compliance, risk, trade product control, finance and operations• EMEA trading execution relationship lead for JPM, Socgen and Neovest• Algo consultation to advise traders on best fit algorithmic solutions for their trading behaviour and and strategy• Work closely with the QEP (Quantitative Execution Platform) team to help develop Cargill’s first in house derivative execution platform and promote adoption within the firm• Partnered with key fintech ISV to develop and rollout VOCSET. This SAAS platform provides FIX connectivity to smaller commodity boutique brokers who do not have the technological capabilities for direct FIX connections• Innovated Cargill’s third-party execution trade capture mechanism by establishing FIX connectivity to Cargill’s top execution brokers by volume to enable real time electronic trade confirmations• Working with trading architects team to design and roll out Cargill’s first ever global EMS/ OMS to enable traders to affirm/ allocate trades and have viability of a real time P&L• BAU activities around trader enablement such as setting up trading groups/ limits/ products both internally and with external vendors/ exchanges/ brokers• Manage DOCS Give Up agreements globally• Trading project lead for Safex NCM migration from JPM to Standard Bank• Key stakeholder in the GDP project, Cargill’s multi year Global Derivatives Project to standardise, automate and streamline global processes• Represent Cargill on the FIA DMIST standard implementation and adoption working group• Cargill London mental health champion• Chair or Cargill Lunch and Learn working group
