Experience covered everything from teller and note department clerk, consumer loan collector, formal large bank commercial credit training program, commercial lending officer, commercial lending manager and now Regional President of a $2.4 Billion community bank in Central Texas. Spent 10+ years in Credit Review and Credit Management roles during the 1980\'s and 90\'s with a large Texas Bank, as well as a Missouri based regional bank during difficult economic periods, with an emphasis on instituting disciplined credit accountability. I have broad and well developed skills that extend to loan structuring, negotiations and bottom line financial statement accountability, as well as business development and financial product cross-selling expertise.

This entails day to day active management of ten commercial lending officers, budgeting and financial performance responsibility and secondary reporting responsibility for all retail banking operations in these footprints. Position includes coordination of all strategic and tactical communication and integration of Extraco culture and philosophy to represent all aspects of Extraco\'s financial products menu. Extraco product lines include: Traditional Community Bank Commercial and Retail Loans and Deposits,Treasury Management Services, Personal Lines Insurance Agency, Mortgage Lending (secondary market and home equity, as well as in-house products), Wealth & Trust and Investment Services andTechnology Support Services (hardware, software, computer firewalls and networking.
