Over the past 35+ years, I have gained extensive experience in planning and executing employee security and life safety programs (with budgets of up to $10M) while delivering technical expertise to business leaders on security policies and metrics to improve service levels and ROI.Career Impressions: Implemented, a digital radio system that improved the efficiency of 3 operational sections; generating returns of 25%-50%, and a best-in-class contracted weather monitoring service; driving savings of ~$1M, for Catalent Pharma. Decreased overall equipment costs by 20% and the labor costs by 3%-5% and oversaw the Electronic Security System (ESS) implementation and root cause analysis to generate annual savings of $4M, at Endo. Drove a 70% reduction in DEA approval time of new DEA Control Areas at Endo, and saved the Electronic Security System’s (ESS) service, maintenance, and repair times, by 80%. Implemented a national contract guard, valued at $5M+ for 5K+ employees at 8 geographically diverse brewery operations at MillerCoors, while achieving a 20% consolidation of guard companies and $1.2M labor savings. Led the global launch of Food Defense and security capital projects at Kraft Foods, resulting in a 25% ROI while saving completion time by up to 50% and installation costs by 20%, delivering an overall savings of $10M. Selected as the lone manufacturing contributor to the Food and Agriculture Site Specific Plan (SSP) security section while serving as a member of the United States Department of Homeland Security’s Sector Coordinating Council for Food and Agriculture (FASCC). Received an FDA Director\'s Special Citation in recognition of the contributions made during the revision of the United States 2012 Food and Agriculture Site Specific Plan (SSP).
