Successfully fulfilled more than 60% of all requests with only 25% of the team resources. • Consistently exceeded all established metrics, including 95% of requests opened within 24 hours, 98% of requests with documented approval, and 95% of requests fulfilled within the established timeframe. Overall QA score is 99.74% year to date. • Coordinate Regulatory inquiries, examinations, internal audits, and communications including requests impacting multiple lines of business and functions. • Facilitate incoming and outgoing communications with regulators, examination announcements and meeting preparation across ECMO.
