I am a results-driven Manufacturing and Process Engineer with over seven years of experience leading process optimization, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives in high-mix, high- and low-volume manufacturing environments. I specialize in designing, implementing and supporting Lean, single-piece flow value streams, optimizing production layouts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency. At Mercury Wire Products, I led initiatives that improved traceability and reduced recurring defects by 80% through serialized testing systems, ERP-based Quality Alerts, and RCCA using 8Ds and 5-Whys. Previously, at Lowell Corporation, I applied Lean principles to cut cycle times by more than 50% and transitioned outsourced machining back in-house.
