Engaged on the Technical Services Contract by Compañía Nacional de Petróleos de Guinea Ecuatorial (GEPetrol), the National Oil Company of Equatorial Guinea, to support the operation of the region’s Block B asset. Develop comprehensive subcontract strategy papers and plans for designated technical services within the scope of an international client contract. Utilising specialist services to identify and recommend optimal subcontracting approaches aligned with project objectives. Conduct discrete tender exercises in accordance with Petrofac\'s established processes and procedures. Provide specialist technical services including preparing tender documentation, tendering process, evaluating bids, and making recommendations for subcontract awards. Negotiate priority subcontracts for the distinct services under the scope of services and ensure compliance with Petrofac approval matrix is followed and approvals are secured before placement of awards. Collaborate with relevant departments, including Legal, Tax, Insurance, and Group Compliance, to ensure that all subcontracts are fully compliant with Petrofac policies and external regulations. This includes ensuring adherence to the Petrofac delegation of authority and other corporate governance requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all allocated subcontracts and Invitation to Tender (ITT) processes, ensuring that sensitive information is protected and only disclosed to authorized personnel.Key deliverables to include: Execute contract process end to end for discrete services. Liaise with procurement department to ensure timely placement of orders for discrete services. Client approved, board approved, compliant and executed contracts Contractor expertise to ensure delivery focused solutions. Fluency with LOGIC and other industry standard contract principles. Expertise with various remuneration models.

Began my career with a PQS Consultancy firm providing cost and contract services for the Oil & Gas Industry. The job role consisted of a wide variety of projects and QS functions across all disciplines within the Oil Industry and gave me a strong basis for estimation of costs and quantities. I have worked on a multitude of projects during my professional career, ranging from life extension of offshore platforms, to rejuvenation of live gas plants, construction of oil sands facilities, FPSO conversions, heavy civils work, utilities re-routing and much more.In my career I have acquired experience in a number of client offices and also on site experience in a Petro-chem Refinery & Storage Facility, Gas Plant’s (both live and during construction phase) and Fabrication Yards in Norway, the UK & Italy. I have worked under many suites of contracts including ICE, FIDIC, NEC, LOGIC and on projects ranging from £50k to £1.2B+.I have experience working for both client and contractor, am comfortable dealing with high value accounts and high volume workloads. I can integrate into a project team and operate with both peers and upper management at an extremely competent level. I approach tasks in a methodical manner and can report completed work in a clear, concise manner whatever the job. I relish in dispute resolution situations and have a proven track record of maximising value and minimising cost for my employers. I have a keen appetite for learning, love problem solving and like to think I push myself to adapt, progress and improve in every project I work on.
