In the employment law area, I handle charges of discrimination, wage and hour issues, FMLA leave, employee handbooks, training, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, separation agreements, and other matters. In business law and real estate, I handle, among other things, general contracts, commercial leases, real estate purchase agreements, agreements for the purchase and sale of businesses, property management agreements, and broker-related agreements.
