Delivering positive change gives me a huge amount of satisfaction, so I seek to ensure that I deliver what is appropriate and useful. This sometimes means getting into the detail of requirements and developing (or helping the client to develop) the business requirements. Very few projects can be successfully delivered without a detailed understanding of the issues, the needs, the limitations and related factors (such as the environment, organisational propensities, regulator etc). I\'m not afraid of the detail and have often become a subject-matter-expert in particular areas as a result of managing some change initiative.Change is a fact of life for modern successful organisations, and managing the boundaries between analysis, business-as-usual and change activity is a skill which I am proud to say I will never perfect at (but I\'m getting better at every day).If I\'m able to make one thing (however little or larger) better each day, then I\'m a happy man.
