Hi, I’m Mark! I help companies grow and scale their engineering, data, product and PMO teams across North America with both temp and permanent talent. I love connecting technology professionals with the right opportunities and making sure both my clients and candidates succeed. Most managers don’t have the time (or patience) to dig through dozens of resumes, and they shouldn’t have to. That’s where I come in. I take that work off their plate and make sure only the best, most qualified, and culture-fit candidates get to their desk. By making hiring easier, I help leaders stay focused on what they do best: running their teams and growing their business.Outside of my day-to-day, I’m also passionate about giving back and building a positive, inclusive workplace. I co-lead Employee Resource Groups that support our teams in the US, Canada and Mexico and I also mentor new ERG leaders too.
