Having owned my business; and having worked as a Service Support Representative for IBM, in northern Canada, and as a Presales technical specialist for both IBM Canada and IBM Bermuda, I have experience in both small and enterprise business environments. Having worked for five years in the USA exposed me to to a breadth and depth of customers that simply can not be replicated in Canada. I was responsible for the first seat VDI production implementation globally for a US based insurance company. It is this vast amount of diverse work experience that allows me to bring to bear first hand knowledge when faced with business and technical challenges. Specialties: Deep skill with x86 hardware combined with advanced knowledge of Cisco, VMware, and storage subsystem technologies, facilitate the ability to design, develop, test, and implement, comprehensive enterprise class infrastructures. Subject matter expertise with IBM Director assists me to be platform, and manufacturer agnostic, and so am able to quickly adapt to a wide variety of hardware and software scenarios
