About Mark D. Roseman
MY BACKGROUND For over twenty five years, I have been in the field of child reunification. As Assistant Director for Child Access in Washington DC with The Children’s Rights Council, I had the great fortune to work beside its co-founder, the late David L. Levy, Esq. David was the preeminent advocate for joint custody in a land which saw fathers as the ruin if children, and shared parenting an improbable concept.Today, over 38 states have successful shared parenting laws, and effective child custody interventions. It is with my working with David I became a child advocate in my home state of Connecticut, and subsequently built never the largest providers of court ordered supervised visitation in the state of Florida. Today, we have expanded into my beloved New England. I am happy to discuss with you your state’s needs, too. If you may like an easy to read resource on the status of interventions to improve child outcomes ones when parents separate, you may find my book, “Preserving Family Ties” to be of value. It’s research based, cites much of the fundamental research on co-parenting and child attachment, and offers advice that has been welcome by many family professionals. Visit for details.I am available to lecture on child custody, shared parenting and building professional collaborations.Contact: Mark Roseman, Ph.D, 56••••••00 (office); 86••••••94 (mobile).

The Toby Center is based in Florida where it provides child visitation and child reunification services in more than half the State for those families where high conflict child custody matters are present. The Center uses multiple locations and is characterized by supervised visitation in the community to best help normalize children’s relationships through reintegration with a loving bond of affection with their non residential parent. These services also serve as interventions to minimize and frequently mitigate the impacts of an alienating parent.
