ABOUT MARK D. REEVES

For over 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Founder and CEO of New England Community Services. From the very beginning, our mission has been deeply personal: to uplift youth and families through meaningful mentoring, compassionate support, and a commitment to long-term growth. I’m incredibly proud of how our dedicated team has helped build healthier, more stable communities across Eastern Massachusetts.What began as a single-person startup has become one of the Commonwealth’s most trusted and respected providers of youth and family services. Today, NECS operates out of five strategically located offices in Brockton, Brookline, Woburn, and Littleton—ensuring accessible, high-quality care across the region.With a background in social work, leadership development, fundraising, and capacity building, I’ve focused on creating a culture at NECS where opportunity, resilience, and collaboration drive everything we do. Our success has always been rooted in relationships—both within our team and with the families, partners, and communities we serve. Together, we’ve built something truly meaningful: a place where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.
