Overall business development activities related to the development of natural gas fired generation projects and associated pipelines with particular emphasis in FPU natural gas and electric service territories. Continued oversight of the electric wholesale power purchase contracts while evaluating new and existing electric power supply opportunities. • Development and evaluation of new natural gas fired Combined Heat and Power projects. Includes the management of engineers, consultants, vendors, legal representatives and company personnel involved in the projects. • Development and evaluation of new Solar Photovoltaic generation projects. Includes the management of engineers, consultants, vendors, legal representatives and company personnel involved in the projects. • Coordinate the preparation of all necessary regulatory filings for generation projects. Ensure the accuracy and prompt submission of all documents • Prepare necessary technical assessments, presentations, proposals, cost effectiveness analysis and system requirements for generation projects, • Present information regarding generation projects as needed to Company, Customer, Governmental, Regulatory and Industry groups. • Active in civic, charitable and economic development activities within the community.
