Managing a client services team responsible for on boarding, account management, and daily communication on client enquires including deliveries, margins, and trade issues-Optimized and maintains client setups for FIA Tech OCR and Docs, CME account and trader registrations, HSBC client portal, and client reporting-Analyzed and revised processes and procedures regarding client services, on boarding, and interest-Liaise daily with Front Office traders and salespeople on effective methods to manage client relationships. Work with business mangers to support general ledger reconciliation including implementation of efficient means to more accurately track revenue-Creating and managing a daily exchange fee reconciliation followed by the implementation of an automated solution through the Duco service. Restructured all fee setups within CME EFS and BPS. The combined efforts resulted in ensuring clients are applied correct exchange, clearing, and execution fees-Project manager assigned with transitioning external clients, affiliates, trading desks, compliance, and finance teams from legacy reporting and accounting systems to updated platforms resulting in optimized service. Continuing to work with operations teams global on a complete system conversion-Frequently assist the CFTC, CME, and internal and external regulatory teams with client and HSBC processes information gathering resulting in satisfactory audits.
