Launched the Onebright brand and website, bringing together three leading mental health companies (CBT Clinics, Moving Minds and Efficacy). This involved merging websites under one new domain, combining content to a new site, redirecting URLs, and consolidating SEO rankings. I was also involved in implementing a CRM for the commercial team. In my role as Head of Digital Marketing at Onebright I have built and launched a company social strategy for the Onebright brand, helped build senior leadership profiles on social channels, supported the recruitment team on digital targeted campaigns through LinkedIn and Facebook, and assisted with internal communications via email and the implementation of Reward Gateway. I support the sales and business development part of the business throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Develop content plans, PPC campaigns, video content and webinars. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the website (built in WordPress) and I work with and manage multiple external agencies for web development, PPC, design and PR. As part of the commercial team, I produce marketing collateral for events and award submissions. Recently we have launched a digital mental health training app partnering with Attensi. I am also project managing the launch of our own insights survey web app. Achievements- Successful launch of Onebright brand and merging of websites - Implemented CRM system - Plan and execute digital recruitment strategy across multiple platforms - Planned and executed testimonial video content for recruitment campaigns (working with external agency)- Consistent PR placements each month contributing to growing Onebright brand awareness - Design and build new content on website for launch of new services, including Psychiatry and Digital Mental Health Training - Implemented social and email marketing strategy
