Quality Professional with management experience in an FDA setting at both a third-party logistics and supply chain industry. I have been a part of this industry for more than 20 years! I have been an integral part of the day to day operations leading the team toward quality, safety and productivity goals. I ensure the facilities are maintained in a manner that allows the associates to work safely, while attaining operational goals. In this role I create and verify control procedures, work instructions and company policies for continuous improvement through process improvements. I am PCQI, AFQI, HACCP certified and experienced with Food Defense, AIB and SQF. Being a part of this industry has taught me to manage change and persuade others through motivational support.
