Working on construction of 2 apartment towers and landscaping and 1676 bed spaces over both buildings. Starting with 1st 32 storey tower then 2nd 36 storey tower running consecutively in 6 months. Reconstruction and landscaping of the lock which the current cabins sit over.Very tight site with no turning point meaning just in time deliveries, reversing and well managed deliveries. Organising host jumps and hoist infills up the tower. Managing up to 70 operatives including labourers, gatemen, joiners, cleaners, machine drivers, security, lift operators,hoist operators and telehandlers.
