Director of the global growth, centre of commercial excellence for SHV Energy. Working across SHV Energy\'s portfolio of Business Units, the role drives profitable growth through digitization and data driven decision making. Responsible for an internal digital marketing and lead generation agency (Sherpa), a commercial analysis and improvement team (Compass) and the delivery of a global CRM template and digital customer self-service platform. The role is also responsible for global branding / brand values and ensuring a consistent go to market approach. Focus is on delivery of commercial improvement to drive profitable growth across the group.
