ABOUT MARK CHUGG
I am a chartered surveyor with in excess of 20 years PQE. I have previously worked for Knight Frank LLP, Chesterton Plc, Strutt & Parker and Savills UK Ltd and have gained a lot of knowledge and experience on the way.I specialising in the development sector of the property market. I deal with development agency, consultancy, valuation and strategic land work. I deal with unconditional and conditional sales, Option, Hybrid and Promotion Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and Build Licences and Landowners’ Agreements amongst other things. I cover the South West of England including Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. I tend to act for and on behalf of landowners either on my own, with colleagues or as part of a multi-disciplined team.The Development Land & Planning department at Greenslade Taylor Hunt has offices in Taunton and Exeter. It has a multi-disciplined team of professionals with chartered architects, planners and surveyors.
